Changes / challenges since last visit

Lisa (49y/o female pt) presents for follow up nutrition appt for help managing prediabetes.

Pt has been working on identifying hunger and satisfaction cues. Pt reports being able to better identify what comfortably full feels like.

Pt also continues to do light walking and chair yoga and feels she's enjoying exercise for the movement and feels better. States she is no longer doing it for calorie compensation.

Pt reports being triggered this week by last doctors visit where MD immediately stated she needs to be on Ozempic to lose any weight.   Pt was upset and felt defensive.  She states it is completely out of her price range as it is not covered by her insurance and she worries about the side effects and how it would affect her process to improve her relationship with food.
