Struggles- Reports uploading her food entries to the app last night, as she was unsure how to use the portal. She really appreciates the ability to communicate via posts and is comfortable with the transparency, even logging a Krispy Kreme donut. Admits to forgetting some foods but will work on posting daily for accountability. She tried the "No Cow" protein bars, but neither she nor her boyfriend loved the taste. She was cautioned about the sugar alcohols in the bars and their potential effects and was suggested the Aloha and GoMacro bars as alternatives. She shared that one night, in an attempt to meet her protein goal, she consumed a protein bar and a shake, which made her feel unwell afterward.
Achievements- Overall, she stated she is doing well in meeting her goal and feeling good. She reported that adding protein to her meals was not difficult, and she enjoyed having more carbohydrates on her plate without feeling guilty. She and her boyfriend have been cooking more, and he is very supportive. He is also reviewing the MyPlate handout to assist with meal plating. She tried and enjoyed the Owyn shakes, turkey jerky, and coconut water as discussed. She prefers food over protein bars for snacks and has been encouraged to bring both to work in case she has a busy day. She also reviewed a handout on Smart Snacking Tips for Adult.

•    Hypothyroidism, diagnosed 2021.
•    Innocent heart murmur, diagnosed 2021.
•    Septoplasty in 2024.
Family History: 
•    Maternal- Overweight, goiter, suspects thyroid issues. 
•    Paternal- Overweight, HTN. 
Food Allergies/Intolerances/Sensitivities:
•    Suspects lactose intolerant due to reported bloating and increased ENT symptoms. 
•    Possible gluten intolerance or sensitivity experiences bloating when consuming pasta and breads.
•    Dislikes spicy food or steak. 
Medications and Supplements: 
•    Synthroid 88 mcg- taken daily
•    Birth control (regular pill form)- taken daily 
Medical Providers/Upcoming Appointments:
•    PCP- Annual check-up due in ~2-3 months; suggested running vitamin D levels.
•    Gynecologist- Established, annual check-up around August.
•    Endocrinologist- Ordered recent labs, RX medication, and rechecking labs in a month.
Sleep Hygiene: ~7 hours nightly.
Water Intake: ~80-120 oz water daily. 
Bowel Movements: ~1-2 times a day or every other day, depending on diet, usually normal consistency. 
Physical Activity: 
•    Currently works out on average 3-4 times a week, doing a variety of HIIT, strength training (CrossFit), and walking. Average steps at work are around 6k according to her Apple Watch.

SMART Goal: 
1.    Aim to consume 15-20 grams of protein per meal and 10-15 grams per snack, including fiber with each, for four days.
