Diagnosis and Treatment Plan

Diana remains on the low fodmap diet. Introduced fructans back in, she noted sensitivity to onions, particularly raw red onions - caused GI symptoms. The yellow and white cooked are OK. We plan to start excess fructose. Then she will go on vacation. Then we will finish the reintroduction period.

Went to an allergist. Found out she is allergic to egg whites (mild, level 1), lamb, chocolate, tomatoes, wheat, hops, milk, peanuts, walnuts, pecans, Brazilian nuts, almonds and tree nuts. All nuts were considered level 3. Plan to reintroduce egg whites and tomatoes slowly and under medical supervision.

Allergist recommended her to cut out egg whites for 30 days. Plans to do elimination during vacation. Then reintroduce 1 T every other day.

Going to Pilates studio weekly. Cont 10-15 minutes of bike + 20 minutes Pilates every day. Applauded patient

Takes Vitamin D + K, L-Lysine, Coq10, magnesium citrate (calm) (prn) supplements, MVI.

Beverages:

  • 1/2 C water, 1/2 C oat milk in the morning smoothie
  • 3 C tea / day
  • 2, 16-ounce glasses of water
  • 8-oz cranberry tea with 8 oz water with dinner

= 88 ounces (% of goal hydration)

GOAL: at least 100 ounces, ideally shooting for 120-130 (per cards).
