Client should try to follow the sodium rul of 500-600 mg at meals and 200-300 mg at snakcs. Client should try tofocus on building the Healthy eating Plate from Harvard and focus on non-starchy vegetables, whole grains, lean proteins, and healthy fats. Client should try to keep her hunger and fullness scale between a 4 and a 7 to prevent overeating.

Salt, sugar, fatty meats, refined flours
