Changes / challenges since last visit

Had a phone meeting to address the weeks challenges and successes. Today was shorter as she wants to have time to implement recommended dietary changes and a full session is scheduled for next week.

This week she has a busy schedule with family, grandchildren. We discussed physical activity (PA) and methods to implement strength training throughout daily activities, she is walking regularly and her phone/watch sends her notifications every hour to stretch/move. steps are hard on her knees, we went over the benefits of increasing muscle mass and decreasing body fat to alleviate stress on joints. She expressed joint pain, RD recommends reducng inflammation via food sources such as rosemarry, turmeric or "golden milk", and pepper.
