Diagnosis and Treatment Plan

Changes / challenges since last visit

Goals from previous session:

  • continue to implement protein, fiber, fat: well executed
  • plate all meals: well executed - Chantal shared that she even used this method at a tasting event which helped her to feel more mindful about choices/better portion control
  • sit to eat: well executed
  • HALT: Chantal says this was at the forefront of her mind at the beginning of the week, but found it more challenging as stress levels increased leading up to her vacation

Excerpts from food & mood logs:

  • made energy bites: enjoyed them as a snack/meal replacement
  • had a turkey club with fries at a restaurant (lunch with dad): considered protein - fiber - fat, then added the fries for enjoyment, practiced portion control, felt good about this
  • gin & tonic, no food until ~10:30PM, but still had a small meal before bed
  • ice cream w/o guilt or reason

Feels good about increased mindfulness/intention and decreased guilt/disordered thoughts about food

Trialing 2 weeks between sessions
