Stacey Simon is a Registered Dietitian-Nutritionist with a passion for serving the adult and older adult population. She has worked with thousands of clients with a variety of nutrition concerns, including unintentional weight loss, high blood pressure, diabetes, chronic kidney disease, heart health, healthy aging, and general wellbeing. She has a Master of Science (MS) in Clinical Nutrition from New York University and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Nutritional Science from the University of Connecticut. She is board certified as a Specialist in Gerontological Nutrition (CSG), which makes her an expert in Older Adult nutrition. She is also a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, and loves to help clients improve their relationship with food and with their bodies. Stacey doesn't focus on weight, and practices from a Health at Every Size (HAES®) lens. She believes that all foods have a place in a healthy, balanced diet; unless you're allergic or intolerant to a food, we can find a way to incorporate it into your healthy lifestyle. Together, we can work to improve your health, your relationship with food, and your relationship with your body. She believes in setting realistic goals and make gradual, sustainable changes to your lifestyle that you will be able to maintain, and believes that nutrition should never compromise your joy! In her spare time, Stacey loves to read psychological thrillers, travel to new places, and relax with her Yorkie, Winston.
