Background
I am a Registered Dietitian currently working full-time at Washington University in St. Louis and now expanding into private practice.
I received the majority of my education from the University of Mississippi, where I had a primary focus in sports nutrition. I continue to provide nutrition support for WashU Athletics currently by consulting with student-athletes regarding topics such as performance optimization strategies, body composition management, and relationship with food.
While I do primarily work with athletes, a large number of people I see are simply trying to have some nutrition guidance! I also frequently work with people with PCOS, hyperlipidemia, pre-diabetes, or those that just want to make sure they are giving their body what it needs to meet their goals!
My professional goal is to be a supporting role for you. I want to meet you where you are on your wellness journey and use my knowledge to help get you to where you want to go! Thank you for considering me as your personal Registered Dietitian!
