Nicole is a Registered Dietitian, certified by the Commission on Dietetic Registration. She completed her Bachelor of Science degree at Eastern Illinois University and both her dietetic internship and Master of Science degree at Benedictine University. Nicole has been a Registered Dietitian for 14 years. She began her career in oncology and has since worked in both inpatient and outpatient settings. She is very passionate about her work as a dietitian and helping people lead healthy lives. Nicole enjoys working one-on-one with her clients, and ensures that she provides them with the most personalized care. In her spare time, Nicole enjoys baking, trying new restaurants, and spending time with her husband and daughters.
