Hi, I’m Nicole Gonya — a Registered Dietitian with a passion for helping people build healthier, more balanced relationships with food and their bodies. I earned my degree from the University of Florida (Go Gators!) and completed my dietetic internship through NutraCo. Since then, I’ve dedicated my career to taking the stress, confusion, and restriction out of nutrition.

A little about me: I’m someone who’s always loved being active and outdoors. You’ll usually find me surfing when the waves are good, skiing in the winter, hiking, or just soaking up the sunshine whenever I can. Food has always been a big part of my life too — not just for fuel, but for connection, joy, and culture. But like many former athletes, I struggled with my relationship with food after leaving competitive sports. Navigating those changes without the structure of training and team environments was tough. I dealt with cycles of restriction, overthinking every meal, and chasing quick fixes before learning how to actually listen to my body, fuel for performance, and enjoy food again.

That experience shapes how I work with my clients today. I get it because I’ve been there. And I firmly believe nutrition should make your life better — not harder. No strict meal plans, no “good” or “bad” foods, and definitely no one-size-fits-all advice. My coaching style is compassionate, practical, and realistic. We’ll work together to create sustainable habits that fit your goals, lifestyle, and personality, whether you’re looking to improve performance, build muscle, support your health, or just feel good day to day.

I set the expectation that this process is collaborative. I’ll bring the evidence-based tools, coaching, and accountability — you bring your honesty, your wins, your struggles, and your willingness to try new things.
