I'm Nicole, a registered dietitian that holds a Master of Science degree in Nutrition from Hunter College and completed a dietetic internship at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital. I have experience as an inpatient dietitian providing medical nutrition therapy to adults admitted to the medical/surgical, cardiac and oncology units as well as experience as an outpatient dietitian providing nutrition counseling for medical and surgical weight loss.
Through my professional experience as an outpatient dietitian and my personal experience becoming a mom of two, I realized I wanted to help people cut through all of the misinformation about diet and wellness and understand that achieving overall well-being will look different for everyone and involves balance rather than perfection.
I offer inclusive and individualized care, considering your unique health goals, medical history, and lifestyle. My approach does not involve strict and fleeting diets, but instead focuses on developing healthful habits to achieve balance and improve quality of life. Whether you need guidance on managing chronic conditions through diet, or compassionate support on your journey to finding peace with food and your body, I am dedicated to empowering you to take control of your health and well-being.
Outside of work, my husband and I spend time playing with our kids, looking at pictures of our kids, cooking for, cleaning up after, bathing, or having a meltdown because of our kids (baby and toddler). And then I also enjoy yoga, audio books and coffee.
