I grew up and completed my dietitian training in the Midwest, and have since moved to Colorado to enjoy my favorite activity—being outside! I chose to pursue a career in dietetics after recognizing how much misinformation surrounds nutrition and how discouraging that can be. My goal is to help people make realistic, sustainable changes to reach their health goals—and to develop a peaceful, balanced relationship with food. I believe food is more than just fuel, and that all foods can fit.
With most of my training in the inpatient clinical setting, I’ve developed a strong foundation in managing chronic conditions, including renal, cardiovascular, and gastrointestinal disorders. While I’ve gained valuable experience in the hospital, I’m excited by the opportunity to work more closely with clients over time—to see how nutrition interventions impact their lives beyond the bedside.
"I want to help you feel confident in your food choices—especially in a world overflowing with nutrition myths and misinformation. I take the time to understand your goals, what drives you, and where you may feel stuck, so I can support you in a way that truly fits your life. With a strong background in clinical nutrition, I bring a deep understanding of chronic disease management and how nutrition plays a powerful role in improving health outcomes."
