Kent is a Registered Dietitian with a master’s degree in nutrition. By blending expertise as a Dietitian and a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist, he creates personalized nutrition and fitness strategies to help clients reach their goals. He has worked as both a personal trainer and sports dietitian in addition to clinical settings in dialysis units and long-term and acute care. Kent specializes in sports nutrition, renal nutrition, weight management, and general health. By working with Kent, you can expect to make an individualized plan based on your unique background to reach your goals. He aims to develop sustainable change and create meaningful, long-lasting results to improve your health and performance. Kent became an RD to help others make tangible changes in their lifestyle that are guided by science to improve their health and reach their goals. He spends much of his time staying up to date on new nutrition, health, and exercise physiology research. Kent is an avid traveler and loves exploring different countries and trying new foods. At home, his hobbies include lifting weights, running, and trying different restaurants.
