I am a registered and licensed dietitian nutritionist. I take provide in providing a evidence-based approach. I earned my Bachelor of Science in health education and promotion. I then went on to complete a didactic program in dietitians at Simmons University in Boston, MA prior to completing a vigorous 10-month internship at WVU Medicine. In my free time, I enjoy hiking, skiing, cycling, trying new restaurants and volunteering at animal shelters.
