"My approach is rooted in being personable, meeting clients where they are at, and cultivating an environment of honesty, fun, and motivation. Recognizing the uniqueness of each clientβs intervention, I am renowned for engaging in difficult conversations, offering loving guidance, and celebrating non-scale victories. In nutritional counseling, I employ motivational interviewing, active listening, reflection, and intuitive eating."
