Welcome! I am a Registered Dietitian with 12 years of experience in nutrition counseling with a passion for all things gut health, GI symptom management, and nutrition for chronic disease management. I completed my Master's degree in nutrition and dietetics at New York University. I have practiced at Mount Sinai Hospital and New York Presbyterian/ Columbia University providing nutrition care in the hospital, clinic, and virtual settings.
I have extensive experience in IBS, IBD, GERD, gastritis, functional dyspepsia, chronic constipation, gastroparesis, Celiac, food allergies and sensitivities, POTS, nutrition before and after GI surgeries, bariatric surgery, and GI cancers, liver and pancreas disease, kidney disease, and organ transplants. There is so much conflicting and confusing nutrition advice, especially in the world of gut health and fighting inflammation, and I am here to help you cut through the nonsense and find evidence-based solutions that actually improve your symptoms and quality of life. My practice is based on making small, sustainable changes at your pace and making sure to check in every step of the way to figure out what is working for you, and what can be improved or changed over time to get the best results.
