Francesca Steiner, RD
Background
Francesca is a dedicated oncology Registered Dietitian-Nutritionist (RDN) with 8 years of expertise. She is a Keiser University graduate with a bachelor’s degree in nutrition and Dietetics who went on to focus on clinical nutrition working in the surgical trauma ICU at Holmes Regional Medical Center in Melbourne, FL. She went on to discover her passion for cancer care and pioneered an outpatient oncology pilot program. As a Brooklyn native, Francesca decided to return to New York City 5 years ago and now works at NewYork-Presbyterian at the Meyer Cancer Center as a certified specialist in oncology. Francesca also received a master’s in public health degree with a focus on health policy from SUNY Downstate Brooklyn. She is driven to advocate for health equity and secure access to food for all. In her free time she is passionate about music, art, surfing, dancing, and cooking with her husband.
