Emily is a Board-Certified Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. She completed her dietetic internship at the University of Delaware and is currently obtaining her Masters in Health Communications from Boston University. Emily specializes in transforming client’s relationships with food and nutrition, helping them gain the strength and knowledge to make peace with food and improve their health. Specialty areas include weight loss, mindful eating, heart conditions and diabetes/ blood sugar management. Along with her expertise in a variety of medical conditions, she can help guide you to improve your health using a science-based and holistic approach. After sessions with Emily, you can expect to have solidified achievable short-term and long-term goals with a game plan on how to reach them. You will also be provided with individualized resources at sessions. You will have an accountability buddy along the way towards making sustainable and feasible changes. Emily enjoys working with motivated clients that are ready to rebuild their relationship with food and nutrition. In her spare time, Emily loves to spend time with her dog Hudson, experiment in the kitchen and go on scenic hikes. She became an RD to help people improve their relationship with food while finding joy in eating once again.
