Charity Garland, RD

Charity Garland is an experienced Registered Dietitian that resides in Massachusetts. She chose this profession to help others heal their relationship with food and embrace sustainable, realistic changes that can make a life time of difference. She received her Bachelors in Human Nutrition and a Bachelors of Science in Dietetics from Kansas State University. Going on to complete over 1,000 hours of supervised practice in Boston while working with diverse populations. Her experience has allowed her to provide evidence-based nutrition education to a variety of populations in her private practice.

In her free time, she enjoys being outdoors in the sunshine, playing with her children, or reading a good book.
