Background
I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Pittsburgh, where I laid the foundation for my career in nutrition. Building upon that, I pursued my Master of Science degree, also from the University of Pittsburgh, further deepening my expertise in the field. I have a history of working in a community nutrition setting and also working in hospitals and long term care facilities. I have a husband and 2 young kids, which means I have had plenty of chicken nuggets and mac and cheese dinners. I have a big heart and an even bigger "dessert stomach". I hope to help people make realistic changes that can make a difference in their overall health.
