Brittany Bettingen is a registered dietitian nutritionist. She utilizes an evidence-based approach to nutrition and draws upon the latest research. Her graduate studies are from the University of Southern California’s (USC), Leonard Davis School of Gerontology, where she earned a degree in Nutrition, Health span and Longevity. Brittany believes in the healing power of whole foods and is convinced a holistic lifestyle plays a critical role in the remission and prevention of health conditions. She specializes in working with those with autoimmune conditions, as well as those looking to reverse and improve symptoms of chronic conditions. She works with a lot of diabetics, those looking to lose weight, improve labs values and improve conditions such as PCOS and digestive disorders (IBS, SIBO). She has additional training in Functional Medicine from the Institute for Functional Medicine, and uses integrative medicine as a part of her practice.
