Having been a dietitian for over 27 years now, I have gained a wealth of experience working with people to achieve their health goals through good nutrition. Most of my time has been spent in academic / teaching hospitals with very sick individuals having a variety of health conditions.
I am a proponent of a "plant forward" diet although this does not mean strictly vegetarian or vegan. There is so much evidence that eating fruits and vegetables are the cornerstone to achieving lasting health.
